Can I pay by card at the reception?
No, it is not possible.
You can pay on our bank account. Please, let us know in advance. We need to have your payment on our bank account before your arrival.
Can I have a pet with me?
No. According to the satisfaction of our guests, pets are not allowed.
Is it possible to have separated beds?
In classic rooms, we have double beds but it is possible to separate them if you ask us in advance.
In wellness rooms, we have only double beds which we cannot separate.
Can I order short-time accomodation after 7 p.m.?
It is possible but the prices are higher.
Can I order my breakfast in the morning?
No. We want to serve you fresh pastry so we buy it in a bakery every morning. 🙂 This is why we need to know about your breakfast in advance.
